oh man it's adorable! welcome to the hat addicts club. i'm glad you weathered the storm alright, i remember loving storms like that from my childhood, but i don't know how well i would enjoy them as a mother...
yay! and congratulations!love the pictorial.
better way to stay warm in the cold, handknits exude loving warmth. hope all stays well. knit on, mama. the pattern is adorable, could you pass it along if possible?
congrats! that should make you feel better :) i think i got what you had.
Heehee, easier to pass than a baby! Love.It. Good job Momma!
mames~ i didn't use an actual pattern. just a guide i got from erin who gifted me the yarn... here is exactly what she told me, "The simplest thing to do would be to knit a rectangle (like your scarf) casting on as many stitches as you need to get the DEPTH of the head of the hat, then knit it long enough to circle around the head and seam across the top, no pattern needed - this page has a photo of what I'm gettingat:http://leethal.coloredlights.net/zine/?p=50"copy that link and you will see a few pics of it. so all i did was make a mini scarf, then i was done i seamed it on the side and top. as for the tassel i just added that at the end as a little touch. i love it , it could not be simpler, so use that link i think you will see what i mean... xo kristin
