our week long winter break is over.
we did a lot of cheering on the olympians. (k and c love the speed skating the best.)
and even snuck in a few walks at the beach.
some days i take a shot that really fits one of my kids' personalities. capturing a piece of their true selves. this shot of kellen on the beach, simple happiness to be there quietly walking in the low tide. so him. my pirate dreamer.

I live for photo's like this....photo's that show what we see in the subject and the true personality, secret and all, come out for all to see and witness...Just imagine the story to tell when he gets older and he see's this photo!
