i have a few things i am loving right now.
an photo album i found in the basement from 2003 (pre kellen and casey) and this vacation my hubby and i took to peacham pond vt. 4 days of pure bliss. no tv. no phone. swimming, campfires, loons, sunsets, paddling in the canoe, eating, sleeping in, i read a whole book cover to cover! this shot was taken by his good childhood friend who visited us at the lake. i just love how happy we are. thank you tim. (man my scanner is filthy!!! note to self, clean that!)
how cute kellen is each morning as he wakes himself, gets the shower started, gets in it and clean, dries off and dresses all by himself. like overnight he became this big kid. and his face beams with pride over each step, that face makes my heart burst wide open each day.

Go and and CREATE. yes. I am determined like never before to actually DO projects with my kids this school year. Sewing, cooking, painting... art... creating. Thanks for this reminder and encouragement today.

oh my...i can't even tell you how much that little poster image touched me today. it was exactly what i needed to see exactly when i needed to see it. i love that. i wish i could find it in a huge size to order. i'd have it hanging right where i could read it every day. thanks for passing it along, kristen.
