woke to the most beautiful sunshine and fresh fluffy snow. winter was busy while we slept. it is the most gorgeous winter wonderland out there today. the sky is beyond blue. i saw steam rising off the ocean this morning. what a great start to this day.

Aaah yes! We're having the same kind of winter wonderland day here as well!! And - I just love the peaceful simplicity of the knitting. Couldn't agree with you more about the lessons we learn from the craft.
I just adore this picture, and I fall in love again every time I see it. Makes me want to drop everything and go grab my knitting and sit with it all day..... and your words too. I love your words.
