october

october.
i walked out in the chilly morning air and smelled someone's woodstove burning. i love that smell. the leaves are changing the most gorgeous colors and leaving their branches. the geese have moved on. apples and all sorts of apple cooking/baking is happening. pumpkins are purchased and waiting to be carved. the woolens are out. i wore some this morning.
feeling cozy, and grateful.
